Appetizers
Summer Garden Chowder
a rich chowder of seven summer vegetables finished with cream, laced with basil.
Fried Green Tomatoes
tossed lightly in Italian bread crumbs, fried until golden and served over whipped herbed goat cheese and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
Bayside Salad
baby shrimp, crabmeat, diced water chestnuts and celery tossed in bayside dressing, served in a lettuce cup with ginger lime vinaigrette and blue corn chips
Entrees
Chicken Cordon Blueberry Salad
pinwheels of baked chicken, sliced honey ham and Swiss cheese served on a bed of Romaine and mixed baby lettuces, surrounded by sliced Gala apples, almonds and blueberries, drizzled with Blueberry Vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Baked Cod
A moist filet of baked white fish, served atop a bed of Greek orzo salad with ribbons of fresh spinach, crumbles of feta cheese and sundried tomatoes, finished with a lemon beurre blanc and parsley gremolata. Accompanied by a salad of red leaf lettuce, rings of purple onion, mandarin oranges, toasted English walnuts, and our homemade Poppyseed Dressing.
Desserts
Nonesuch Kiss
a baked meringue shell filled with jamoca ice cream, hot fudge sauce, toasted sliced almonds, whipped cream and a cherry. Our house specialty!
Summer Berry Pavlova
a meringue shell with chilled vanilla mousse and a delightful blend of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries, sweetened with Crème de Cassis.
Sorbet Duo
a light and refreshing duo of raspberry and mango sorbet served with a Gaufrette wafer.

Smoked Salmon Mousse
a chilled spread of smoked salmon spiked with lemon and horseradish, served with crispy garlic scented bagel rings, sprinkled with capers.
Entrees
Town and Country Chicken Salad
tender hand pulled chicken breast, diced cucumber and hard-boiled egg tossed in a creamy dill dressing. Served on a bed of green leaf lettuce with wedges of local tomatoes, baby corn, carrot curls, green onion frills and blue cheese crumbles. Finished with Italian dressing and garlic Parmesan croutons.
Pasta ai Frutti di Mare
plump shrimp and seared scallops served over linguine pasta tossed with zucchini, yellow squash and roasted red pepper served in white wine garlic sauce with Parmesan, basil and diced tomato. Accompanied by a salad of red leaf lettuce, Mandarin oranges, purple onion, English walnuts and our own poppyseed dressing.
